Etsy Holiday Boot Camp Pledge

Update on the "emily" - added an extra dried yellow rose and extended the peacock feathers.  Super cute and very colorful!

Here is a little piece inspired by my fav season - FALL!!

Cream skeleton leaf hugs around red dried canvas, brown grass and a pheasant feather.  A cute button is added for a little accent.

Heart Tip Pheasant Feather Headband

Beautiful Heart Tip Pheasant Feather Headband - great item for casual to dressy. This is a tan leather headband (about 1in. thick) covered from end to end in these gorgeous feathers!

Fall Crown

I am calling this one a Fall Crown - this picture does not show how awesomely HUGE it is!! This piece is created from a dried pinecone flower (reddish/tan) attached to 2 pheasant feathers and about 20 dark brown curled feathers. All of this is fastened to a satin covered headband. When worn it is a true fall crown!!!

Silver Crystal w/ Black Netting Fascinator

Here is my first fascinator...

Created from sewn crystals in a star pattern attached to 4 black feather plumes (1 stem has black beads) . All are fastened to black russian veil netting. Love this piece - took a long long time to create but very proud of it :)

Ostrich Pinwheel

So the "staycation" has allowed me to start working on more pieces. Here is an Ostrich Pinwheel - very simple and classic! Created from a single white ostrich feather tweaked into a pinwheel, allowing the feathers to separate and show off the delicate soft flowy nature of this particular feather.

Twig Frame

Another frame - more twigs!!! I apparently have a thing for anything inspired or that comes from nature haha. Love this frame so much its staying in the house :)

Twig & Canvas Flower Frame

Here is the newest frame - white wooden frame (4x4) with black twigs added along with black & white canvas flowers.

Pheasant Feather

Here is another frame which took SOO much work and re-work. My fingers are killing me!

It is a solid wood frame with a gold/bronze brush stroke overlay.

Over 20 pheasant feathers have been placed in the concave surface of the frame adding a lot of texture and dimension!

Love it!

New Frame

Its been awhile since I posted anything - here is a new frame I have been working on.

It is a cherry solid wood frame with an off white matte and red skeleton leaves.

Here is a hair comb piece created for a friend. Wish the picture was a little better. The feathers are a gorgeous combo of BRIGHT Blue, Green and Yellow. Dried yellow roses add a cute accent!
